SHIPPING POLICY ( Please Read For Updated Holiday Policy)

Your order with Elle Aura requires 3-5 business day to process with an additional 3-5 business days to ship and be received by you, our beloved client. Orders ship through USPS.

If you placed an order in November, from November till the end of January due to the increase in volume of orders all processing and shipping times will be delayed. Processing will be an additional 7-10 business days. Shipping will be an additonal 5-7 business days. These days do not include weekends or holidays. Elle Aura Beauty is ran and operated by ONE person, every product is made to order in small batches for ultimate quality and freshness so I ask for grace when dealing with these delays. Your package will be made and shipped to you as soon as possible.

 

ORDER ISSUES

If you have any issues with your order, please reach out as soon as possible via email elleaurabeauty@gmail.com and we will do what we can to make it right. Our priority is client happiness, PERIOD !

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are processed as store credit. In order to receive store credit, you must reach out within 14 days of your order being received. Exchanges are self explanatory.

If your goodies arrive broken or damaged we are more than happy to send a replacement once a valid photo of item that is damaged has been received by us via email.
